Per our contract with the Chicago Park District everyone who would like to participate in the parade will need to sign a participant waiver: Meetup.com/ChicagoVeggiePride/pages/CVPP_Participant_Waiver - You can do it either by pre-registering or during on-site registration. The easiest option for everyone (participants and the event organizers) is if you pre-register by RSVPing for the event at: TBA The event page provides the legal notice and will allow you to acknowledge the waiver with your electronic signature. In this case, you would just show up at registration at least 15 minutes before the parade for organizers to check off your name and you are ready to go. However, for those who would not RSVP at the event page, we will have printed copies of the participant waivers on site. You would need to come at least 30 minutes before the event for on-site registration to fill out and sign the waiver. On-site registration will be open two hours before the parade to allow plenty of time to register and to socialize before the beginning of the parade (at noon).
